Corey, this is a great question. Personally, I am a very quiet person. A few years ago I went through the divorce from hell. I lost my children, my job, my home and ended up bankrupt all through no fault of my own. I have recently began to become ill, just strange illnesses, pains, depression, stomach and digestive problems etc. Sometimes I wish I was more outspoken and more able to blow off steam at people, rather than holding the stress inside. So in my case ... YES ... holding in stress can mess up your body.

Yes. Stress causes fatigue and a drop in the immune system over the long term, and contributes to a host of medical problems. I'd recommend self-hypnosis, meditation, exercise, or similar ways of relieving stress.

Stress is not all the time bad but distress(bad stress)can cause u mental and social pain.
