Is it normal to sleep with your duvet between your legs?!

Question: We all have our own little sleep rituals, so yes, its fine. I think the first poster was correct, it is comfortable and beneficial to sleep with something (a pillow) between the knees. they sell the special pillows in health supply magazines and websites, so if you like sleeping that way, maybe that is something you could try...so to sum it up, sure, why isn't it normal...you're fine...:)

Oh my gosh I do that too! I've never understood why it's so comfy that way. But someone told me its actually good for you cos it stops your spine being bent as you sleap. Not sure how that works! X

I do that i think between my knees

sure it is

yea whats a duvet?

yes it is. most people unconciously do it for body support during sleep. also, some people do it to have a feeling that there is someone next to them, which can also assist in the sleep process.

Yes it is, it takes stress off yer legs and spine! Go ahead!
Your Sonshine!

Yep. It takes pressure off of your spine. You may need to do that without even realizing it. I have back problems and I have to sleep with a small pillow between my knees.

Yes! I use my duvet or a pillow, sometimes my hands held together betwen my calves.

I remember my science teacher telling us she did that - everyone was like 'Omg, that's weird!". I thought I was alone too!

=] Haha.

I sleep with a little Pillow between my legs , I just cant stand my knees touching while I sleep

Heck yeah, that is how I sleep especially when it is hot. That is why the make body pillows anyway.
