Any tips on how to keep me from flipping out?

First, realize that stress is normal, especially for teenagers and young adults, and the best way to help fight it is to deal with it in a positive way, such as the following:

-call a friend
-watch a movie
-take a nap (everyone loves a nap!)
-take a hot shower
-take a deep breath in, then let it out. continue this for about ten minutes. taking calm, deep breaths stimulates a nerve near the heart and forces the heart to calm down

Racquet ball, exercise or a fast brisk walk.

I normally release stress through stuff like writing, or drawing,or art in general, that's just me though

Calm down! When your parents fight, it might be a painful thing to forget about but no harm in trying to ignore the fact that they're fighting! Try to listen to some peaceful music or hip-hop or any music genre that you like. Listen to it while you're parents are fighting, you might forget that you're parents are fighting. Also try to read a book that you can read while you're parents are fighting. You can also draw a picture and paint it if you have a paint kit that is.

Drama is a problem for you? No worry! I also hate drama! ugh, performing in the class and acting is not my kind of thing! Try to calm down and practice what you're going to act in front of the class the night before you have drama. That way, you will be more ready and feeling confident to perform in front of the class. Try to drink lots of water, so your mind stays fresh. Do not look at the people while you're performing, this will cause more stress if you do so try to look somewhere else.

Tips on how to throw out stress.
Do some yoga. Yoga is a good thing to throw out stress from your mind so attend a yoga class if you can. If you can't afford yoga class, buy a yoga cd in a local cd store if they have it. Try putting it on in your room and relax. Open your window to let the fresh air come in. This way, your mind will be relaxed.

Do some exercise too. Any kind of exercise! Also, sleep 7 to 8 hours a day.

Drink 8 glasses of water everyday

Have a good nutritious breakfast. Cornflake cereals, yogurt (any flavour), fruits (any kinds of fruits) and milk and orange juice is good for breakfast.

Do a sleepover at your house and do a meni-pedi.

Is it possible for you to go to a quiet uncluttered place by yourself and be undisturbed by other people and artificial sounds for a few minutes a day? The idea is to center yourself inward to your true self - your own spirit who is supremely serene, calm, ancient, and all-knowing.
It is ideal to place your bare feet on the earth (grass or soil) to ground yourself to the earth and let the confused energy pass through your feet into the planet. If you cannot place your bare feet directly on Mother Earth then bare feet on a cool floor with the intent that you are touching earth. Imagine a golden glow of energy from the Universe filling the crown of your head and flowing through your body to your toes and into the earth, completing a circuit so to speak. Imagine this healing energy flowing in this manner for a few minutes until you feel refreshed. Allow yourself to actually breathe rather than sucking in shallow spasms. A long hot bath will top this off nicely. Know that this situation is not forever. Is there an adult not in your family that you admire or that you can just talk to without having them try to fix you?

sometimes its about accomplishment,,,,,,for ex.im in sales, when im doing good,making money,life is great. when its like it is now, with everyone broke, it sucks.no one buys a damn thing and you freak out. its all about change....
