What causes a persons mind to wander in so many different directions?!


Question: 1) firstly, that person ofcourse... we need to prioritise ourselves and look after out mental health- maybe meditation is always a good option to bring us back to this

2) the world and technology and all that. everything is so fast and there are so many material things flashing at us from every shop window, tv advertisments they all last for 30secons and move onto something else.. when we take ourselves out of this situation it's hard to tell your brain it can change back into a more relaxed gear.. because of point number 1.. ;)

Could be attention deficit disorder...ADD...or having too much stress and stuff on your mind and worry

There are some neurological challenges where a wandering mind is a way some persons describe aspects of those challenges for some persons, not all persons.

Examples:

The ADHDs
Some of the many epilepsies
Tourette's
Other

Etc.

Some business persons suggest that a wandering mind can be overcome by making good decisions aka making good choices.

Making a Priority List, then applying the work ethic and completing the projects on time and on schedule (ideally).

Daily To Do Lists and so on.
Monthly Planner.
Annual (written) Planner.

Good nutrition, pure water, and clean air are important too - for everyone.
