Question: ocd ( obssessive compulsive disorder) and if so what compulsions or rituals do you act out and on a scale of one to ten what would you rate your anxiety if you do not carry them out??

I have OCD and Im allergic to all nuts. I dont like to touch things because someone could have touched nuts and touched it. I wont touch alot of handles. I use kleenexes sometimes depending on what door knob it is. For public doors, I use my sleve. My anxiety for that is a 8/10 for touching doors to like a corner store.
