I feel very low tonight. What can I do to lift my spirits?!

Don't eat anything fattening you will feel worse. Exercise?

exercise! go for a jog or something - it releases endorphins and makes you feel better.

A wee dram .. A wee woman...What else do you like ? ...

stand on one leg pat your head whilst jumping up and down singing spice up your life (by the spice girls) make u giggle!!

Put some really loud music and dance around the room like a looney. It'll make you laugh out load.

have a w**k

Go for a walk, that always clears my head, or look through your old photos that always cheers me up

get some popcorn and a drink and watch your favourite movie

Go for a run or go to the bar!

Clean something - wash the walls down in the kitchen then reward yourself with a chocolate and watch a funny program on the TV or DVD.
All proven to raise your spirits - ifonly you can be bothered to do any of them!!

Is there nobody you can talk to .. to cheer you up? Do something to take your mind off things ... exercise is good.

put yer gin and whisky bottles on the top shelf

put some music on full blast and dance and scream

listen to some happy music or just music you like !!!!
always makes me happy!!!!

Watch TV or rent a film, order a pizza and have a few beers or glasses of wine and you should feel fine.

Get some friends and go out on the town, or you could rent some movies.

Physical exercises and a good laugh. Chocolate helps too. Here's your plan: Take a walk to closest video hire shop, pick good hilarious movie and watch it with a bag of Maltisers (not sure of spelling)... or do that at cinema. Enjoy!

:) I am going to wallmart and getting staind glass to paint.
It helped me yesterday and is very very fun.

Try doing an activitiy to get your mind of things. Get a recipe and cook it, play a board game with friends, make a card house, etc

Ya might try prayin. It's very easy. Ya know, God is right there with u.....right now.....and, he knows, how ya feel, he knew yor name, before U knew it. He's right there, right now.....close your eyes......and just talk ta him, like I'm talkin ta U...............

what ever you feel ,it is normal the most important thing is that you share your feelings and dont keep them in!
By doing this you are sharing ,it snot the end of the world ,there are people alot worse of than you ,feel lucky about such things ,feel lucky tjat you are alive ,and healthly there are people and children dieing in the world,i get depressed sometimes and i think its a healthly thing ,get all your emotions out ,have a scream ! a cry ! LAUGH OUT LOUD ! smile ,have a dance !write down how you feel,phone a friend ,go and talk to a friend or family ,there is so much more for you to do ,you are just having a wee moment ,it s ok !
lots of luck ,we are all very special ,may be you just need more light and excersise ,go for a walk in the morning ,may be work is getting you down ,you will be okay !GO GET A HUG ,XXXXXX
