Answers: I'm so stressed. I have lots more homework, my boyfriend dumped me, and I lost a friend. I am so depressed.

We've all been where you are and luckily the depression will not kill you, it will just make you miserable for awhile. But, you don't have to live with all of this. Take hold of your life and make some changes. If you really are in, a deep depression and feel like you are y over your head take the big step, fine yourself a good shrink. You have listed a number of things that are bothering you, but I think it goes deeper.
Iff this doesn't sit with you,and seems too drastic, try doing some yoga when you get up in the morning or when you get home from worik. It will really relax you. I know you are thinking - excercise, but it really does clear your mind. Along with the YOGA a gooe thing to try is accupunturel IT Really does a wonderful job of of giving you some relaxation.it sort of totally clears your mine of all thoughtsk good and bad and you just float as if you had no cares in the world. It is one of the most woderful feelings. When you returh to real life mos of your problems will seem w=sp small and you can go on with your life.

A good book always helps. Try finishing your work at school so you don't have homework/as much. Meeting new people is always nice, too, they could become your new friend. And you still have a few friends, right? Enjoy the moments with them. As for BF's, maybe try and get a new one or just be single, you don't always need to be dating. But one thing to remember: Time goes by fast, so soon this will all be over.

SEX..ORGASM...SEX ORGASM...SEX...ORGASM//SEX...ORGASM//SEX ORGASM...I LIVE IN NORTHERN KY GIVE ME A CALL WINK WINK,,,,

exercise... doing what you enjoy the most it could be anything BUT eating... and finally sex! it also helps.
When I'm stressed i usually exercise like a lot. i could wake up at 4 just to go to the gym downstairs.

Meditation for 30 to 45 minutes per day without any interruption. The results are amazing by just shutting yourself away from the rest of the world and quieting your mind and keeping your body still.

I run every day to reduce stress, then I jump the wife to reduce her stress.

See stress treatments, at *ezy-build, below on page 42. Practise daily, one of the relaxation techniques on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i; whichever works best for you, but the mindfulness breathing for 15 - 20 mns is ideal, although the progressive muscle relaxation can be learned quickly, and takes only several minutes, if pressed for time. Employ the EFT version for use in public, for which you can reasonably claim that you have a headache, as you massage/tap your temples, but it may be advisable to restrict yourself to subvocalising (saying it to yourself, in your mind, not aloud). Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o refer. "Even though I sometimes suffer from stress, I deeply and completely accept myself". You can also multitask, using the gazing technique, as you walk/jog or exercise, by focusing on a distant object, noting any thoughts which flash across your mind, without pursuing any particular train of thought, just gently redirect your focus to the gazing. Yoga, or Tai Chi may suit others, better. Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily, replacing 2 of them with cod liver oil supplements, or a teaspoonful of the oil (I spread mine on toast, and mask its strong taste with fishpaste, and pepper), in the winter months only, and eat healthily, in accordance with your "nutritional type" as determined at http://www.mercola.com/ SEARCHBAR. http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris* DEPRESSION: My standard post follows, but, if you are young, antidepressants are unsuitable for young people. See depression treatments, at ezy-build *(below) in section 2, and consult a doctor, to eliminate thyroid problems, etc. as possible contributing factors: also seek a referral to a therapist using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy. It is your decision, and yours alone, as to whether to take any antidepressants offered, but, before you do, read section 1, and check medications out at www.drugs.com so you will be on the lookout for side effects, like sexual dysfunction. My strong recommendation, however, is to follow the advice of my doctor, his associate, and also Marcelle Pick, OB/GYN NP, and Dr. Mercola, as well, at http://www.mercola.com and avoid antidepressants (pages 2V, and 2Z refer, & antidepressant websites: page 2). The reasons why we all share the same view on this are explained in full, as you will find, if you read the whole section. All of their advice, (except prayer, because many people are not religious) I have incorporated into the "core treatments", including occupational therapy, relaxation techniques, and exercise, with others as options, such as the supplements: Inositol, or SAMe, or herbal remedies, like St. John's wort. If you are diagnosed with clinical (major) depression, antidepressants may be necessary for a while, which will give the treatments time to become effective. The antidepressants themselves need at least several days, or even weeks to begin becoming effective. It's a good idea to taper off them slowly, with medical advice, after several months, say, to a couple of years, at most, because they are only effective in the long term for about 30% of people. Because of this, you would be well advised to begin the treatments immediately, and maintain them. I'd just thank your mental health care provider, and pocket the prescription, trying the treatments for a few months, to see if they are sufficient for you, before considering filling it (unless clinically depressed, and having great difficulty functioning, or suicidal, in which case I'd take them). If the amount of daylight you have been exposed to recently has reduced, perhaps due to the change of seasons, see Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) in section 2, at * http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and, instead of taking 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily; replace 2 of them with cod liver oil supplements for the winter months only! (or, as probably a better alternative to the 2 cod liver oil supplements: 1 teaspoonful of cod liver oil, with a little butter, to ensure its use; I take mine on sourdough rye bread, or toast, covered with fishpaste, and pepper, to mask the strong taste). Consider having your doctor test your vitamin D levels, using the 25 HYDROXYVITAMIN D test. Optimal levels are 50 - 55 ng/ml (115 - 125 nmol/l. It should be above 32 ng/ml. Visit your school counselor, if you have one.

Remember that you are working towards a goal... The goal of having a fulfilling life.

Friends come and go...

Boyfriends come and go...

The ONLY constant is how YOU move through life.

Don't think of the loss of a friend and a boyfriend as a horrible thing... Remember that you are a good person and it is THEIR loss. If they decided it was ok to hurt you so then they were NOT WORTH YOUR TIME and your emotions...

You are depressed... Justifyabily depressed... Don't let anyone tell you to "Get over it".

You need to experience this, learn from this, but don't let it stay around too long.

Keeping it around can lead to "Clinical Depression" that needs to be treated by a doctor...

Take some "Me" time and pamper yourself... Take a hot bath, read a book, watch some brain dead movie or TV show to just take your mind off your problems...

*HUG*

You will feel better... I swear... You just need to sweat this out...

Do some drinking.

well, when you exercise it helps coz then your muscles relax.

also you can do something that you enjoy and just relax and chill out with some snacks ;D

don't worry, make a timetable for homework and just stay really focussed for some time and you'll get it done.

cheer up! ;D
