St John's Wort or Valerian Root.

St Johns Wort is supposed to be really good for depression or Kalms which is a mixture and available from chemists

St. johns wort. And Vitamin D. Here is some advice from someone who suffors from depression seasonally (SAD) get some sunshine whenever you can. If its sunny even for a minute get bundeled up and go outside. Or there are special lights that you can buy.

it's called john warts or something i dont knwo its a really weird name but it's in the vitamin section of any grocery store. it's supposed to put you in a good mood... works for me :)

i think it would help more if you talk to someone about what you were depressed about....i get depressed often & that generally helps me feel better...if you need someone to talk to im here:)

watch ur favourite program for a while...........
sit in a room where u can feel peacefullness,....................
meditate for a while...........

Vitamins aren't used for depression. If your constantly depressed, you need to see a doctor and get a medication that's specifically designed to help with depression.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet is very important. You will get all the vitamins you need from fruit & vegetables, brown rice, and cereals. Fish is also good.

Avoid alcohol and drugs.

Exercise every day (even if it's just half an hour).

All these things will help relieve depression more effectively than taking any vitamin supplement.
