7 mg of klonopin would make your mind so far out you would not know where you are if you are still here or not

Dam that is sure a very high dose .I would never take such a high dose of klonipn.
I take 1mg at bedtime.
I was on 2mg at bedtime but with the Dr's help it took about 4 months to get me to 1mg with out side affects.
I am one of the Lucky ones.>Because that is a very addicting medication.
This is really an impossible question to answer. It totally depends on your tolerance. For some 7 mgs would be a gargantuan dose. For others, without 8 mgs a day withdrawal symptoms would set in.
As far as what it does to your "mind". Klonopin (Clonazepam), like most other benzodiazepines, acts on the GABA receptors which results in inhibitory effects on the central nervous system. Clonazepam is one of the longer acting benzo's but its not like one dose is gonna permanently mess up your mind. Be safe, talk to your doctor.
