so i have nothing to hide nor be afraid of...
it sound to me. that you have done something wrong and afraid that someone knows' but i could be wrong.....

Sounds like you're extremely paranoid... You may want to go to a therapist.....
No dog can be fully trusted. That goes for people behind you too.
yeah i do have this kind of feeling after i watched some scary movies. Like i would imagine some ghost is watchign behind me. But this kind of trauma will be gone after a couple of days. The best is not to care. I dont know why you have this kind of paranoia, but how i deal with it is, i will say to myself ppl are watching me coz i am handsome
You may just be being a bit anxious. Which you still should find a family member or friend or professional (doctor) to talk about. Alternatively there are other things happening in your life and this is your minds way of experiencing them, dealing with them or trying to manage them.
Are there other things going on in your life that could be stressing you in some way or making you uncomfortable. At home school or work, which ever applies. Either way the action is the same. You need to talk about it with a doctor, parent, partner or friend to try and understand it, get it under control or know its cause at least.

i always carry my cell phone in my pocket on vibrate.
but in the night when im in my birthday suit, sleeping...i sometimes feel that cell phone vibrate on my leg.
