I am fighting to much. Can you help?!


Question: Ok i am onley young but carnt stop fighting its really bad i fell angry (but i know why) i just need help to stop fighting incase one day i really get hurt.

I had to go to anger management class. While there are times when you don't have a choice but to fight to defend yourself, generally, fighting is a choice you make. You can choose not to fight - or you can choose to avoid the situation that resulted in the fight.

Being a guy, you want to prove your manliness (I know, I'm a hockey player), but sometimes you can prove yourself to be the better man by avoiding the fight.

Try to review the past situations in which you have gotten into fights and try to think in retrospect at your options. The reason for doing this is to learn so that in the future you can avoid the fight.

If you do not learn to avoid fights, once you're eighteen, you will probably end up in jail because if there is a fight and the police are called at least one participant automatically goes to jail.

Recognize that you are in control and make the right choices and you will be a better man!

James,since you know why you're so angry have you tried to resolve the cause? Not only could you possibly get hurt by uncalled for fighting but you could possibly kill someone too,thereby ruining your life..And those of the potential victims family/friends.

Seek professonal help if this continues,k

i agree with the other guy, take up boxing or a martial art, you can then fight to your hearts content but its controlled and little blood if any will be spilled.

whereas in a street fight you may get a knife pulled on you eventually.

playing basketball you play sports that you want to release your angry...vote na!!!^^ that` is the good way to solve your problem easy
