Depression becomes a way of existing not living! The more that you practise sadness and seek ways to encourage depression, the sooner you will sink into a negative void of dispair. If you play a sport, you practise the skills needed to be a good player like shooting a basketball into a net over and over again, until you can shoot the ball without thinking. If you actively seek ways to be sad your mind and then your body will remember the feelings of sadness and soon you will be sad and then depressed all the time. You will not think about whether you are sad or happy. The only emotion that will be constant is sadness and depression. You and your friend have a choice to think happy, listen to happy music, read good books, watch inspiring movies, volunteer your talent to make this world a better place. You can choose to be happy and live the full, contented and productive life that you were born to live! Here is to great choices!
