Question: It is said that by taking a hair sample many years after drugs were used it can be detected is this true and is there a way of beating this test?I know you are all going to think it is me I am talking about but that is not true just a good friend who took some during a personal crisis in their life and has the opportunity of a good job if they can pass the drug test .We all have made mistakes at some time in our life so if you have a solution I thank you and ask you to let me know .Please no jokers just serious answers .

Yes its true just deal with the fact a mistake was made they can tell how long its been since you used as well so if it looks like its been years they may just let it go.
A cleanser for your body won't work thats why they do that specific test. And if its a government job or high paying job they will do that test some times.Its not about you bodys system. Good Luck!
Most drugs tests for employment are with urine, not hair. Are you sure its going to be a hair test?

It is true that hair samples detect drug use from months ago, however most companies take urine tests, not hair samples for their drug tests. Urine only registers the drugs in one's system at the time. So as long as your friend stays clean and doesn't do it again, he should be fine.

Well, I would look up a body cleansing diet on Google. Basically they will only drink liquids for a few days and it should purge their body of impurities such as drugs. I would recomend this diet. Here is the link:

if its going to be a hair test there is no way to fake it sorry but a haircut is the only thing that will remove that hair (your hair grows about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch a month so do the math for the length of hair). most drug tests are urine samples so this would be very uncommon but almost everything shows up in your hair, in all fairness though it also serves as a timeline so they will know if it is recent drug use or if it was years and years ago. cleanses will not work hair is dead and a cleanse will do nothing for it.
There is no way to beat these tests! All the folks who claim this or that works are only perpetuating urban myths.
Are you sure the employer is going to do a hair test? Most do employment drug tests with urine, not hair. At any rate, I think hair tests only show drug use within the last few months, not the last few years (unless your friend has really long hair). It's awesome that you're concerned for your friend. Hair tests are very expensive and don't paint an accurate picture of CURRENT drug usage. Unless it's a military or government job which requires secret clearance, I wouldn't count on them taking a hair sample. Most drug tests are nothing more than a urinalysis, which is only going to show drug usage for about 30-60 days. Most employers are looking for current or recent drug use, not what happened 3-4 years ago.
If there is a hair test done, there is no way of beating the test.

The hair acts as a timeline. If say she used drugs a year ago...it would be in the hair she had a year ago, not in the new growth. So tell her to get a hair cut lmao..... But you know, I dont know any jobs that will front the expense of a hair test....serious, it will probably just be a urine test.
