What's a good movie to show a kid with Reactive Attachment Disorder?!
Question: Okay, so maybe you don't know what Reactive Attachment Disorder is, but basically, it's a disorder where a toddler was neglected and the now 12-year-old has a lot of issues with bonding, connecting to people, understanding proper social etiquette, etc... What the kid really needs is therapy, but he's living in this group home I work at, and I council him, so the best I can do is meet with him for like 2 hours a week and just talk to him. So I want to show him a movie that deals with bonding, relationships, attachment, etc... Any ideas for a good movie, old or new? Anything. Just tell me what you think!

not sure but maybe big daddy it has adam sandler in it it is about a kid whos mom had cancer or something so she sent him to live with his dad but his dad was on a buisness trip to china sandler calls him and tells him he will watch the kid untill he gets back he and the kid become good friends but then child services finds out that sandler isnt the dad so they take him to court but the real dad shows up and says he dont want to press charges so then the real dad gets the kid and he gets to stay friends with sandler
its a good comedy movie not sure if its what you are looking for
