Help, im nervous?!


Question: Hi, im a realy nervous guy and sometimes stutter when I get nervous, i used to have a realy bad stutter when i was younger but i have learned to controll it, however it still comes back when i get nervous, and i am meeting someone new tomorrow and feel that ill be a blundering wreck, does anyone have any advice on how to calm myself down and help me so that i dont stutter, thanks.

This is kinda crazy but I think stuttering is hot. I'm not teasing, I really thought this guy was hot because he stuttered when he talked to me sometimes and i could tell he was nervous. it drove me crazy. I loved it.

try to close your eyes and think a place that you really like and you know that there you would be calm.

i used to stutter so bad when i was little that i couldn't even START the sentence. my mom taught me to say the sentence in my mind first, slowly...i've come a long way since then.

all u have to do, is breath. meaning, deep breaths. i get nervous all of the time. (i audition for a whole lot of things and i stutter sometimes) but when u r talking to this person just relax and pretend that u have know this person for ever. like he/she is ur best friend in the world. pretend that this person is someone that u can tell ur most prised secret to and dont worry about wat they will say back to u. because if they r wanting to know about u and wanting to get to know u, then they will look past the stuttering if u do stuter.

Really concentrate on your words. Try fiddling with your hands a bit. Pick easier words to say. Avoid awkward questions or conversations. Breathe deeply.

i think you need to take a reflex massage first before going to bed so that when you wake in that day that you have someone to meet your feelings is very much ok . reflex massage can help calm down unwanted emotions cause this is the only medicine that helps my nervous system feeling ok. i been sick with that so called nervous breakdown for 6 months and it was healed now now i can face the world with confidence

Try to listen to some real good music. It might calm you down.
