Mental illness and diet. Do you see the connection?!

Question: After reading Dr. Blaylock's books on how additivies and pollutants in our food and water can cause mild to severe mental illness, I would like to know what your responses are. Are you willing to eat more whole foods to avoid depression, and other mental illnesses. Do you believe there is a connection?

i don't know about Dr blaylocks books, but i do believe that food can effect or cause mild to severe depression in some people. i have had and still have states of depression when my diet and lifestyle isn't clean and balanced. and i definitely stay clear of aspartame and caffeine has it really does have a negative impact on my state of mild.

Yes, because I go cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.

I believe it to be a contributer of many necessary factors.

of course there is if you're talking about kids poor nutrition and then having doctors give them pills to treat their hyperactivity and poor attention.......it's sick
