Never had a full manic episode, but plenty of hypomanias. People's interpretations of what qualifies each as its own are pretty ambiguous... but I'd say the longest mania was around two months, probably? Shortest was between a week and a half to two weeks... which actually was my most recent one. It's hard to say, because I was never even aware how my moods and behaviors were changing until they finally diagnosed me. I primarily have short, strong, exhilirating episodes (so long as they aren't mixed) and relapse into a gross depression. I wish it was the other way around! :)

Longest was 1 1/2 weeks. That was the most horrible experience of my life. The shortest...well, by criteria, to be defined as mania it has to last 1 week out of of the hospital, and can last unlimmited inside the hospital. I've had hypomanias, more than I can count. My longest hypomanic episode was 4months(screw the criteria of 3-4days, I'm not lying on this one) But the mixed episodes....they are HELL! I've described them as being an "energetic suicidal". Not a good mix at all.
