Question: Lately i have been getting horrible grades, such as in about every subject, i have somthing below a c-. I ALWAYS have somthing to make up in a class. All of the teachers hate me. My parents dont understand that this is because im just a failure but the real reason is from depression. Im sad 24/7 and i cry almost every day. It seems like nobody understands how sad i am. My family fights, and swear alot. Occasionally my dad will slap me. The only person i can call and talk to about this is my best friend Marissa. I dont know what to do. I really dont want to repeat the 7th grade!!!! If u answer this thank you soooooo much + god bless!!!!!!!! i really need some advice!!!

Ok sweetie it's ok! Don't worry, you are clearly going through something that's a lot to handle. I know how you feel, I'm in the same boat. Keep talking to your friend. Trust me, it REALLY helps to get your feelings out. My heart goes out to you. Just do the best you can and try to be positive about life and everything good you have going for you. You can email whenever you'd like if you want to, sailingstripes@yahoo.com I'm more than willing to help you or listen if you need to talk! Anything you need I'm here. I am in 9th grade by the way. It's alright, let your feelings out and then forgive yourself and accept that nobody is perfect. Find good in what you have been given! I know there has to be good!

Wow I really thing you need to talk to a teacher you can trust. This is not a good place for you right now if what you say is true, With the family fights and dad slapping you. Maybe you can talk with Marissa mom/dad about this. You really need more hands on help. Also you need to see a Dr about the crying I am sure it has to do with the home life. Good Luck and I hope you get what u need

You need to talk to someone about it. Your school counselor or one of your teachers would be best. If you let them know what is going on, they can help.

You are not a failure and I'm sure your teachers don't hate you. If you think they do, go to the school counselor and talk to him or her. Whomever you choose, tell them what is happening. Be honest. It's the best thing you can do for yourself.

i can understand your feelings, firstly dont give yourself pressure, try to have deep breath to relax yourself. I m glad to hear that you have your best friend to talk. Your best friend care for you too. You are not a failure. When i suffering depression, i always have the feelings that nobody like me and care for me but now i still survived. Is if possible to let your family know you are depressing and they will care for you too. My dr frd, u have my support.

find an adult or counselor to talk to. if u need help (and the teachers r nice) ask a teacher onece u finesh everything if u can do any thing 4 extra credit. talk to ur family aobut how u feel about them and other things 2.

I actually went through depression during the 7th grade myself. Between family problems, puberty (gaining weight), boy problems, peers at school, school itself. It's extremely tough. Why do your teachers hate you? Something you did? I had problems with some teachers as well and also the principles! Try sitting down with some or one of them and explaining yourself. Be honest with them. They will respect you so much more for it. Try talking to maybe a counselor on tips for yourself. Be mature about it. Be yourself and DON'T follow others in school. Be who you are. You ARE NOT the only one in that situation. There are so many others there with you and have been there. I am only 23 and still learning so much. Luckily I have passed that stage but I understand it's tough and feel for you. If here is some form of adult in school you think you might trust like teacher or counselor then speak to them calmly and be honest about your troubles. If you aren't comfortable with them afterwards then maybe you need some other teacher or whatever to help you. Be yourself and be honest. Like I said, if they are caring adults then they will understand you and respect you more for coming to them. Good luck and keep your head up...

omg i was going through the same thing but my school councilor cought it before it got that bad shes seriously the most AMAZING person EVER!!! so yeah go talk 2 ur school councilor or teacher u rlly trust
