Getting to sleep at night?!


Question: I have a few mates they stay up at night and sleep half of the day.

They have been lucky enough to find jobs that are at night starting at 8pm to about 5am because they say they seem to be more alert and sleep better then they would at night...

Well I know that I'm a night person but the job I want to be in is during the day so i cant be as lucky as them.. I seem to stay up till 2am-3am and wake up around 7.30am

I'd like to have atleast 7-8 hour of sleep..how can I achieve that?

The most helpful thing for me has been realizing that I'm really not missing anything when I go to bed early. I Tivo the television shows I like that are on late and I remind myself that there's really no fabulous party that I'd get to go to if only I could stay up late enough.
