What to get rid of nervousness?!


Question: Tomorrow I have a big presentation of gymnastics and I'm so nervous because everyone would probably talk about my presentation because I'm not that good in gym class. But I'm trying my best; to make it really good.
For my presentation; I would have to demonstrate and explain while doing it; so I'm so nervous....
I don't know what other people will think about me or will they talk about it....

Plz help me... I am so nervous!!!

think about the positives, what you do well in outside of gymanstics.
you dont have to be terrific at everything and believe me its not like you're the only one who is bad at gym!!!
plus depending on your grade you'll be out of school in no time, and by the next week do you think anyone will erally remember?
i dont remember any of that stuff. someone gave a presentation in one of my classes today i dont even remember the topic! so i doubt people will remember what you say or do.

DO U REALLY LOVE GYMNASTICS? ARE U REALLY GOOD? IF U KNOE U ARE GOOD THERE IS REALLY NO REASON TO BE NERVOUS. AND I DONT THINK U NEED TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO SAY BECAUSE THEY CANT TELL U THAT U WERE HORIBLE. IF THEY DO THEN U REALLY DONT HAVE TO LISTEN UNLESS U RESPECT THE PERSON WHO IS TELLING U THAT U WERE HORRIBLE. I AM ALMOST SURE THAT U ARE NOT HORRIBLE SO GO AND DO UR BEST NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.

Just try to be as calm as you can, take deep breaths. I'm sure if you've practiced enough you should be confident in your presentation and don't worry about what everyone thinks about it, just try to do the best you can.

Deep Breathing Exercise for 5 - 10 minutes in the morning. Ask your elders how to do it.
