Why am i crying a lot?!

Question: i'm crying more lately.. and i'm not really sure if it's normal crying or maybe because of the birth control i started a couple of weeks ago? i'm back to college and lately i feel kinda homesick.. i'm afraid my college friends don't like me.. (they're leaving me out of stuff). my other friend from home isn't talking to me for no reason, plus i lost my ipod and my phone broke.. but i dont think i would be crying about this stuff normally. one of the possible side effects of my BC is mood swings. idk?

It could be the pill--call your doctor and tell them you're more emotional. This may subside in time, or you may need to change pills.

The other stuff is enough to make a person sad--the ipod, broken phone, strained relationships, homesickness--sadness will pass. What you want to really worry about is a persistent sadness. That could mean clinical depression. Good luck to you.

Your sad.

All the things you mentioned would make me cry more.

Go To The Dr And Get Checked Out Maybe You Need To Be On Some Good Drugs!

Sorry you are having a bad time.

Birth Control pills will not cause mood swings but PMS may.

You have reasons to cry. When you are down everything seems worse than it is,,and you cannot find joy in the things you used to.

You might feel better if you could find someone to talk to.

Things will get better.

Regina, I truly love females and it sounds to me like hormonal problem !
