I've never heard of the smell of pickles causing damage to brain cells or any other issues. If this was the case, then there would be a lot of pregnant women out there with some serious problems :) because pickles are a common craving during pregnancy I wouldn't worry about it unless it's causing major problems in your life ( as in you can't focus on work/school, hurts your relationships, that's all you can think about, etc). Hope this helps.

I think you are definately stressed, and therefore; feeling paranoid. NO, there is no damage to brain cells from smeeling pickles, but you worrying over it so badly causes some alarm. Please talk to a mental health pro. if you are very serously scared.

Im not sure if this is a serious question or not but I don't think that you can get brain damage from smelling pickles, so i guess you can continue with your pickle sniffing (because there are no risks)
