no it is not sick, if you truly feel that it was sweet and lovely then it doesnt matter what anyone here thinks. Personally if someone did that for me, i would be very impressed. If you think that signing in blood is wrong, and it is your first reaction that it is wrong.

Um...that's a bit scary. If a person is seriously going to draw blood and sign their name with it, on a love letter sent to you...I'm pretty sure there may be something wrong with them psychologically.
