This also sounds like panic attacks and most likely combined with some anxiety. Remember when this happens it's temporary. Please try and take a deep breath and tell yourself this will be over soon. These experiences are unpleasant, therefore I suggest you see a doctor.

I feel exactly the same way sometimes. It really stresses me out. I try to calm myself down and rationalize things, but it's really hard.

prayer! i used to have them all thru highschool. i always felt like i was going to die.and they would come at the random. but yeah sweetie just pray and when you strat thinking those thoughts, breathe slow and tell urself there is nothing wrong ,God is control of everything,then get up and do isomething and ignore the thoughts like you didnt even just think them.i dunno.my #1 advice is pray. the Lord will help you.

i'll talk to you...the jumpy and nervous is probably just a panic attack...you need to seek help..from a dr and therapist..you will feel a whole lot better...theres a bunch of us out here who go through the same things...the meds and therapy can help you see a brighter life...you don't deserve this..none of us do...sometimes it is just a chemical imbalance in your brain that needs meds to correct....seek help

Are you on any anxiety medication? Sounds like you may need some meds or if you drinking a lot of caffeine I might think to cut back. Anxiety can be controlled, look at the situation and think to yourself "why am i getting so nervous" im sure you can learn to calm yourself down without having to take medication, but some people cant do this. Try yoga or meditation, it is good cause it teaches you to learn how to breath and relax.
