If that's what you were given, it will be safe.
I personally started at 150 mgs. and increased to 300 mgs. I found that at 300, I was jittery and anxious the bulk of the time. I told my doctor and went back to 150, and all was fine. After a couple of weeks, don't hesitate to tell your doctor if you feel this way or anything else that is off.

Didn't you get the specific directions from your doctor? Your doctor should have told you how much or how many pills per day. If you are unsure, read the bottle of the prescription or call the doctors office. Good luck.
yea this is a doc question but I started at 300 and was fine. Ask the doc and if you are borrowing from a friend I would suggest finding a doc.
Yes you'll be fine I started the same dose Wellbutrin XL 300
If that is what the Dr. gave you take that amount. It works well.
