I'm 17 i get 5-6 on average - not by choice but because i have so much to do - school work, after school clubs, and a job. But i sleep for 10-13 hours on the weekend to catchup. Junior Year Sucks!!!

36 years old - 7 hours a night.

13 - 3 to 4 hours a night. I have insomnia.

An average person needs at least 8 hours of sleep. But i hear music untill i get bored or untill i fall asleep. i end up sleeping for 6-8 hours. I'm thirdteen going on fourteen.

6 to 8 hours

I'm 17. Usually 8 or 9, 10 if I can. Your so much happier and more productive if your well rested.

I try to get at least a little bit of it every twenty-four hours.

i usually get about 8 hours of sleep and i am 15, but i have noticed in myself that if i get 10 hours of sleep i probably am going to still be tired but if i get 5 hours of deep sleep(like no tossing and turning during the night and no waking up)im not tired

I am 31 and i need 7-8 hrs per night or i am grouchy. Some people require more/less. I have a friend who goes on about 5hrs a day.
