seek professional help - confide in someone you trust - do stuff that makes you happy and will take those depressive thoughts out of your mind - even temporarily.

Well You shouldn't think about horrible things just try to look at the bright side of things and try to open up more. Try to go out more and have a good time enjoy everything around. Maybe go outside and take a walk or walk in the park and listen and enjoy a beautiful sunny day. Just try to relax and forget all your problems. Make a day to see a funny movie do lots of things that make you happy...Hope it helps

Is it just during the winter? Is it really depression, or are you just sad? These are important factors in determining the best solution. If it is a seasonal thing, try going to a tanning bed (wearing sunscreen, which will prevent cancer).The light will hit your retinas, and help you produce seratonin. The reason many people are unhappy is because they haven't found something in their life to really be happy about, something that has real meaning. Go to www.watchtower.org There was a great magazine they had a while back about depression. Contact a local Kingdom Hall and ask about it. I think you will find the information very helpful! Please do not go for any meds, Depression is some thing which is harmless as long as you can control it with in you. I would suggest you to do following steps
1) Start drinking water
2)wear light and pink coloured dresses
3)Start doing breathing excersices-deep breath and breath out several times a day
4)Affirm your self that you are healthy and active,you love your self and world lover you
5) Listen to meditation audios
6) keep thinking of funny incidents happened in your life
7) try to be busy

well,you can surely find some people to talk to,people that will bring a smile on your face.Also think of all the things thay you enjoy doing,say "if i were depressed,i would listen to some of my favourite music especially Latino music,Blues,Soul just to mention but a few" some of these things that you enjoy doing will help you get out of there(depression). Give it a try.
