What the Hell is the Loo? Are you talking about taking a dump? If that's what you mean, I crap about twice a day.
Um - none of the above - but then I am suffering with a tummy problem that has had me running to the loo more than 4 or 5 times a day for the past 2 years!
(And I LOVE the way the consultant is continually moving my appointment out because he is attending conferences/courses etc.!!!)
But if you are looking for what is "normal" - everyone is different!!!

about 3 times a day, but can vary if I eat more of less fruit, sometimes once, then 4 times the next day to compensate.
eat loads of fruit veg and fiber (eg brown rice but not white rice) and you will go more, eat loads of sugary crap and junk food and you wont go as much, your thighs/stomach/chin will obtain and keep the junk food for you.
