What do you do when you're low?!


Question: Low meaning you feel like you have nothing to lose.


Answers: Low meaning you feel like you have nothing to lose.

There is all kind of low, and there is always something to lose, life is hard but to have nothing to lose is low you would lose the most important thing there, is your life and your dignity. Try meditation ,try to find the good in you, it is always in you just dormant. Every one has something to lose, talk to a friend and be happy life is to short allready to be so low.

I try to talk to someone. for the most part but not always I dont have people available. I drink some but cant now, pregnant. I write poetry and cry some. Report It

  • Most people eat something, or drink. A lot of women swear by chocolate. I like to get outside and do something physical. If it's cold or night time, petting the dog really helps.

    no, only kidding..... although for many, this is probably actually the answer....

    sleep it off so i dont think about it when im sleeping lol

    You kick yourself up the rear and stop feeling sorry for yourself and remember there are actually people out there a lot worse off than you.

    Talk to people. Get online and talk to someone that you dont know so that you can think about what you have to offer in this world. What you know, and how you being on this Earth affects the people around you. Write down whatever I am feelin.. Does not really help me but may help you. Go out and do something.. go somewhere , talk to people you dont know. Do something different. Work and try not to think about it.     Work toward killing myself. Do nothing. Sit at home and stare at the wall thinking.

    Drink, get violent and display my true feelings toward people (generally hate and anger) and do some crazy *** stints. The adrenaline stuff...
