Help!some type of song is constantly all ways stuck in my head!?!
Question: Whenever i try to sleep, do homework, read, or anything theres allways a song stuck in my head. i try to get it out, but another one allways comes back! i know this sounds rediculus but its hard to sleep, do homework, and read with something constantly playing in your head.i loose sleep over it. i know this sounds very very stupid but is it possible to get music out of your head? i love music, and i dont wanna just stop listening to it... X (

If it's a song that has lyrics, listen to it as much as possible, and sing with it, sing it until the song is something you know by heart. If it doesn't work, talk to a therapist, or someone who can help you.
I really think it would do some good to lay off the music for awhile. With technology these days it's too easy to get too much music, like too much tv. I hope that helps.
