What else give you the same effect as xanax?!
Question: I've been on 3mg's of xanax for about 3 yrs. now,and am winging myself off of them VERY slowly.Are there anything natural i can take to get the same calm feeling as xanax provides?

why did you start taking the drugs in the first place? what medical reason were they prescribed for?
xanax seems to be a womens med.
closest thing to them is the valium which is more addictive.
probably you will have to just lower & lower the doseage, but still may need to have one occasionally, or eveknow ther's a couple for you in case you need it, that helps me sometimes
