Anyone here had EMDR?!


Question: I have, and am. It is amazing. Anyone else have good results? How long did you do it? How long have the good effects lasted.

About 6 years ago I had 1 session.
The results were immediate and have lasted to this day.

I had not dreamed in my sleep for 15 years, since I had been traumatized. Following the EMDR lightbox treatment, it seemed to "set it right". My dreaming resumed as well as other aspects of my functioning.
