I have had the same problems. I think you should slowly try to spend more time at other people's houses, not necessarily over-nighters, but just slowly develop lengthened time away from home. For example, today spend 2 hours at your friend's house, tomorrow spend 4. I'd also recommend it being at the same person's house where you can develop your own comfort zone.
You may also want to talk to you doctor about anxiety.
Hmm I went to summer camp with a girl like that. She slept next to the door and with her best friend, you should be fine
IDK call a MD
Don't worry. This happens to me too. Just get over it and go sleep over. You'll get over it..And how much fun you'll have!
that's strange.......................no offense but I've never heard of that.......................................
I was like that as a child too. I mean....I could do sleepovers, but they were enver really fun because I wanted to be in my house with my bed. And I missed my mom. :)
Eventually I just said screw it....what's the point in going to a sleepover if you're not going to have fun?
I used to go for the party...and have my mom pick me up at like 12 or 1am. I would call her first, and if I felt comfortable enough to stay, she wouldn't come.
