Hi keyboard. We all go through unwanted anxieties. For example getting stuck in a lift,Being Knocked by a Car while crossing the road, food poisoning and the list is endless, everyone has their own anxieties.Believe that the same advantage that keeps you and your family alive takes care of him.

I get the same way whenever my boyfriend goes out without me. But you have to know that nothing is going to happen. It's not good to have anxiety attacks. If it gets worse, go see a doctor. When he is out with friends and you are worried, find something to distract you from thinking about it. And before you know it, he will be home.

Okay first just breath deeply. What you are going through is very real. No quick answer that I give you here is going to make a big difference. However you can get help for this.

At the moment you life is being controlled by your anxiety. Your fears are justified fears but if you let your fears control your life then you are not really living.

I personally have panic attacks at night sometimes and I don't know why, for awhile they were really bad, exercise helped me. However I did consult a doctor who put me on Valium for awhile to try and help (it was useless, it didn't effect me at all, but that is me). Though you probably have seek help from your doctor and also try and book in for some counciling or cognitive behavioral therapy. You are not alone and you can beat this!

For now try and distract yourself by putting on your favorite cd and maybe doing some stretches or reading a ncie book.

i don't think that you can predict that something is going to happen to your husband just because you have a feeling that something is going to happen what you are feeling is nothing more than your anxiety i hope don't worry about him i think you should worrier about your self if your passing out allot you should have someone there to take care of you

when i was a little girl, i constantly worried that something was going to happen to my mother. when she would leave the house i would be deeply saddend and imagine that she may be involved in a car accident or diagnosed with a terminal illness. i cried alone to myself often. and to this day i notice these patterns in dealing with every day life.
