People are just not getting enough sleep, it's at epidemic levels. Caffeine in hot beverages & also most other soft drinks even the health ones, do seem in my case to have impacted. I drink mostly decafe now so that's helped. Plenty of outdoor exercise is essential for kids & adults . I used to take my little nephew for a swim in the evening otherwise that little guy would stay up all night . I read somewhere recently that cellphones can cause insomnia & to keep cellphones & other electronic devices at least 3 feet from your bed.

You hit the mark there, it's electonics that does it.
After being on a computer, it takes the brain about an hour to settle down and relax. This isn't generally known, though, and I think it should be.

Hi Ernsteine.I think you are right about electronics,in fact very right. These electronic gadgets in all their forms really affect the childs development pattern, these may be the reason for the various psychological afflictions tha attack children.kids under twelve especially need physical activities to have "a symphony of co-ordination"involving every part of the senses.
