Do i have some kind of depression disorder????!


Question: some symptoms im having
-unbalanced when standing
-Hungry but not wanting to eat
-Sad like im on soem kidn of auto-cry mode
-cant sleep at night because i have everything on my mind when ever i do i always wake up early and cant go to sleep.

I just feel unhappy and like nobody cares..i was moved to another country for my dads work when i recently had my heart broken and its been 2 years and i still havnt been able to make any friends that treat me well they all use me or act like im not around im alway sthe one following..my parents just work im always alone with ym brothers now.i just dotn fit in and i want to go back but i cant and im still just hopign for a miracle that will amke everything better but its not happeing

it sounds like you may just need a good counsellor to talk to... also a change in your diet may make all the difference, when people talk about "you are what you eat" they are not kidding, its absolutely true... also get some excersize, sitting in your room all day is going to make you even more upset

Your brain releases certain chemicals when you get excersize and eat properly which will make you overall feel better...

The first thing i suggest you do is go to your local health store and begin taking fish oil capsules. Most western diets are seriously low in DHA (an important element in fish that our brain and body NEED to function properly..

I can almost promise that you will feel much better a week after yous start taking fish oil and getting excersize

If you're feeling depressed to this extent, you should definitely see a psychiatrist. That's really your best bet.

It sounds like you have some other disorder that is also causing you to be depressed. I say this because you say that you are unbalanced by standing and this is not a usual sign of depression. ususally if you have a disorder you also have depression. I would get that checked out.

i;m so sorry thats happening u have all the symptoms of depression the lack of balance sounds more physical. Anti Depressants like prozac are very helpful. It is possible that u are not eating drinking enough and thats causing dizziness

I would make an appointment with a mental healthcare professional so they can diagnose you properly. There are many types of depression and they all must be treated different when it comes to medication and therapy. A lot of times a big life change can bring on a depressive disorder. You're definitely suffering from some kind of clinical depression. See you're doctor ASAP, as depression is very manageable. The sooner you see your doctor, the sooner you'll feel better. Remember that a sense of hopelessness is part of depression - it's not a reality. You WILL get better, depression just makes you think you won't. ;)

I believe you have some kind of imbalance in your body and everything seems hard and overwhelming. I'm the same way but I've gotten a lot better. You need to realize that the way you feel has very little to do with your environment and mainly to do with you. It's not your fault you feel the way you do, in many cases it just happens due to poor diet or not getting enough sun and other things. All these things take a toll after a while and you get sick and you start to feel like the world is against you.

Here's what you do:

1. Get out into the sun for atleast 15 minutes everyday, expose at least 15% of your body to the sun. Also look into te sun a little. This will give you vitamin D which helps with depression. Also don't eat late or 3-4 hrs before bed.

2. Eat well, FRESH GREEN vegetables and fruit.

3. Exercise and stretch everyday, get your body moving.

Some things I believe are going on with you is that you have a lot of tension in your muscles. Try eating fresh pineapple and almonds.

Is your posture OK, this can cause tension and depression, stand up tall and if you have a hard time sitting up straight or standing straight see a chiropractor.
