Sleeping help?!


Question: now days I have alot on my mind and I have nobody to go to with my new found information. I have to keep it all inside of my head not cuz I want to its cuz I have to. If people know what I do and if people had to go what I go do its hard to say what would do.I feel like I have the world on my shoulders and because of this I can't sleep at night most nights I'll stay up till 6,7 sometimes I don't sleep at all. If you know what to do can you help me out

Write down your worries before bed with the idea that you can think much more clearly after a good nights rest.

Also keep in mind that you can get most of the rest you need just by lying down and resting in that position... in other words, you don't need to worry about if you are asleep or not. Many times you may nod off and not even be aware of it.

Just lie down and let nature take its course... don't try to battle against your thoughts.

i have the same problems all the time

You really need to talk to someone you trust, don't put it off or you will end up sick. You can only go for so long without sleep it's dangerous, look at Britney. Look after yourself.

Masturbate. You should know that!

Have the same problem. Keep a journal, it will help. Not much, but it will elivate some of the pressure your under,and a little relief is better then non at all.

Think of what Bart Simpson said when Lisa was born, "Cant Sleep Clown will eat me!",it could be worse Homer could have made your bed for you. There's a reson not to sleep.

Yeah, I understand you. You need to get some of it off your shoulders. I'm not entirely sure how, write in a diary, watch a movie, or draw, right before bed. Find someone you really trust and talk to them, about everything. Deep and meaningfuls help me relax and in turn, sleep better at night.
