How do you stop yourself from day dreaming?!


Question: Usually, I just pinch myself when I realize I'm starting to doze off.

Chewing gum also helps prevent me from losing focus, but sometimes the teacher for my Algebra class doesn't like it when I do that.

In general, you should just try to keep yourself occupied. If you keep dozing off, try fiddling around with something to keep yourself from falling asleep.

Just don't let it distract you too much from your work!

Find something interesting to do

you need to move around...keep yourself busy..
