I need help on Not snoring and sleep talking!!!?!

Question: I have always had issues with snoring at night, even to the point where i had surgery on my nose and throat to make sure i was getting enough air when i sleep. It doesn't change the fact that on a nightly basis I snore like a walrus. Apparently, in the last couple nights I have been adding to my resume, by talking as well. My girlfriend can't get any sleep, and it is obviously unacceptable to continue cutting into her sleep just for me to be around,

Does anyone have any ideas? Any over-the-counter meds or tricks I might not have tried before. I am all ears.

Thanks

There are the breath right strips and Ayr snore relieving throat spray.

Contact your health care provider to arrange a sleep study with the idea that you may need C-pap to provide you with good, continuous oxygen all night.

You have a lot of built up tension in your system. You should exercise daily for 30 minutes.

I've known my husband for 3 years going on 4. He can't breath through his nose very well because of allergies. He has gotten progressively worse with his snoring, and a little bit of a tummy, but this weekend was horrible. He has a cold and can't breathe. I had to sleep on the couch. I saw a about special about snoring and it is hard to fix. The best advice is to lose weight because alot of snoring is due to weight. I think my husband's increase in snoring is due to weight. There is also those breathe right strips, which you can check those out, we haven't. It might be time to see a sleep specialist also.

i talk in my sleep too. it has always been a problem because i kinda narrate my dream. my roommate always wakes up and listens to my dream, and usually its something embarrassing! so i downloaded white noise onto my ipod and listen to that while i sleep. coincidentally, my roommate snores like a freight train! she uses the "Breathe Right" strips, and it works like a charm. if those don't work, i know of a machine sort of like an oxygen mash that stops snoring. happy sleeping!

most of the ideas only have a50% Chence i do know if you move out of your room to another this will help her no sleep will make her very snappy you still spend time with her then move out
