Could this be ocd?!

Question: I have to touch things a certain amount of times and it ALWAYS has to be an even number or I feel like it just isn't right. Or like if I listen to music and if I have to pause it, I have to pause it at least six different times. Sometimes I even get the feeling that if I don't do things in the correct order, something bad is going to happen.

Absolutely. I am recovering OCD guy.

I did the same thing, but it was in pairs of 3.

Counting, touching, any making things "feel" right is OCD.

The obsession is "this bad thing will happen"

to make that obsession "feel better"

you do the compulsion

which is your music pausing, counting - etc

Go speak to a thearpist about this. I couldnt believe how out of control i was - and how much of my life i got back by working to fix it.

Its a endless cycle that just creates more and more anxiety and frustration until you attack it

READ THE BOOK BRAIN LOCK

IT WILL HELP YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH

yup go to the doctor u got OCD

Ya that might be ocd

that feeling of something going terribly wrong, is an anxiety attack. you deffinetly have OCD get it checked out by a doctor!!!

yep, especially if you think that something bad will happen, even in you know that it won't rationally.
you might want to talk to a psychiatrist, who should be able to help you sort it out.

yes it sounds like you have a mild case of OCD,
im no doctor, but i've had a few friends that have OCD
go speak to a therapist, they can really help you out.

yes a little bit of ocd i am the same, i have to do most things in 2's and i always have to stick to routines. but dont worry its not too serious and you can get used to it. some days are worse then others but try not to think about it too much or it gets worse

Yes, sounds like OCD to me. I've had it for the most part of my life, and it gets difficult and annoying, so I know how you feel.
