It's got to be fate, sweetheart.
Last night my sister tried to committ suicide. She ingested VERY powerful chemicals.
I cannot begin to tell you how shocked, angry, VIOLATED we all feel. We think (but not certain) she will recover, but maybe
brain and kidney damage. so here's a thought.
If you fail, do you want to be like my sister? She'll either be locked up, or in a wheelchair on dialysis for the rest of her life.
PLEASE, do not do this to your family.

Please, things are never as bad as they seem. It sounds as if you are blessed with these children, and they should make you happy. Please talk with your dr. and get some help. I am on anti depression meds and has made all the difference in my life.
Depression will only stay but never win you over unless you want it to. If you were not a strong woman then you would have not hung in there but you are strong. If you take a step back and see what you do on a daily basis then you will see that you are special. What you need is a quiet place to think. You are the adult in a very adult situation so take control and your life will get easier. I think you are great and um, a, adda girl.
Take it minute by minute and then hour by hour and then one day at a time. You can do it.
Hey, think of your children, think of their love for you, and the love of your family. I used to talk to a lady on here, she helped me through some pretty good help, her avatar said a lot tome, and its something that even today i repeat tomyself when i feel a little bit down or on a ragin downward spiral, the words that ring out to me are these:
You are love, you are loved
Just remember there are always people there for you, be it a hug from your kids, or a kind word from a passing stranger. So stranger, here is my kind word, you are loved, by family, by me, by the hundreds of people you haven't met but will offer you help at the drop of a hat.

There are medications that will help with your depression. Your children need you and so do other members of your family. It's probably just a chemical imbalance.
Hang in there it will get better and remember those precious children.

I`m in a depression right now and on meds.But still it`s hard the only thing that keeps me alive right now is the fact that i know this depression will end oneday maybe tomorrow maybe within a month but it will end.i have a son 13 years old living with his father deu to my depressions.But i want to be there when he gets his first girlfriend ,i want to be there when he goes to university ,i want to be there if he gets married, i think about all the things i want to do with him and for him.every night before i go to bed i write down one event in my sons live .one event he really needs me to be there for.it makes my will to survive this depression just a little stronger everytime...hang in there and remember all the golden moments you had with your children this far and realise that there are more to come....your children love you !!! jenny
