Hi there I have suffered from depression and anxirty for about a year and I am on citalopram and I have to say I think they work for the both.
I have started to exersice too and chaned my diet and I feel so much better

It should. It depends on the individual. It may take you trying different medications. Citalopram is for depression and anxiety disorders. It is a long lasting medication rather then a short one. I take Alprazolam and it's a short acting and some days it's not enough. I wish you the best.
