you should go. i'd hate to miss a day of school. i have a fever today so i'm missin out of the first day of second semester... but you shouldn't be stressed on the work you missed on firday. because if you don't go today, you'll just have more work to catch up on and it would all pile up. skipping and hiding from your fears wouldn't solve anything. you have to be strong and face your obstacles, like getting out of your room. good luck

You should go to keep up your work so you can get better at it!

Good Luck :)

Go, you will feel better once you're there - dragging yourself out the door is the hard part, and then it's over. Trust me, I dealt with this all through high school and am still feelingthe aftereffects of not attending regularly 10 years later. :P

why arn't your meds helping? i've never heard of bipolar depression. what is it? bipolar people have high ups and very low downs. i'm not sure how to be extremely high, but depressed. share with us
