I did take a positve thinking class in college and it was kind of an eye opener but I really don't feel self help books work. Change as to come within not by reading a book. However for anyone that it does help more power to them.

i highly recomend "the magic of your mind" by sidney j parnes. i thought i was going crazy until i read this book, it help me understand how my mind works. please pass this info along. im 43, and live in hawaii. for a deeper look into the pyche try: "hidden messages in water" by Masaru Emoto.-BluRey

No self help books. Age 20, live in England, but only for the last 2 years. I'm American.
My mental solace comes from insatiable inquisition for knowledge and understanding, not from the half-baked opinions of those writing books just to get easy money from the large amount of humans out there constantly thinking there's something wrong with them.
