When you're in a bad mood, how do you cheer yourself up?!


Question: I have the Monday blues. The weekend just wasn't long enough for me.

do anything that makes you happy...go eat favorite food...it's treat yourself day.......call somebody you haven't talk to in a long time......get busy...find something you'd like to do.......think of all the good things in your life...your healthy...etc...

Listen to your favourite song in a room with no distractions (Including people) with a nice cold drink. You'll feel good in no time.

I drink a lot after work. That makes me smile!

relax alone, chill out and eat a big bowl of ice cream with whipped cream and nuts. and don't share it.

Monday is always like that any way. I try to pick a good memory and go from there;)
