Well, the way I see it, you have the chance to do some great things...

There are several lows here each of which I'd deal with seperately;-
1. I'd start with living at "home" - notice here that you call this place you live now home, I assume you mean back leaving with your parents. Since you call it home, I think this low is easy to get over, so next...

2. Job: Now you're leaving at "home", take the time, learn a new skill or skills to enhance your career prospects. Thn get back out into the job market and aim for a better job than the last one you had. Or get a job at your nearest store, then take a language course or guitar or piano lessons or learn to paint, anything to spend some quality time with yourself.

3. Apartment: You live at "home" so scratch that. 2 should take care of this eventually.

4. Girlfriend: Now this one is a bit tricky. If you're heart broken, it may take a while. If you got away with your heart intact and just miss her, then thank your lucky stars for it could have been much worse.
Spend some quality time on your own, find your peace and wait, wait patiently, and soon you'll be inspired...

In answer to your question to get through this, you've gotta keep believing. This is not a setback, its an incredible opportunity to start again, rebuild a new life.
So, dream, like you've never dreamed before and create, ceate a world with beauty and passion and all the stuff that poem's are made of.

You're going to have to take baby steps since there has been too many life changes for you to fix overnight. You may have to find a job that you may not care for so that you can at least get back into the market. If you can lift your spirits enough, then things will slowly improve. If you remain uninterested, then nothing good will happen for you. Go for it!

u dont think too much how u fell like that..u try to think how to start getting over this moods..u start finding a new job..try fixing it up with your lover..when u have stable income..your life will be more organized..and more stable..and u can judge people and things in clear way..u think why that all happened to learn how to solve the problems..dont think that u failed and that u are a big loser..we all fail..and how fast we act..how positive we are...u show yourself 1st how good person and good worker u are..i wish u good luck

I'm sorry for your troubles but you're taking a great step here asking for help and admitting things have gotten out of control. Start off small and do little things at first. Tomorrow, look in the classifieds and see what's available. Work up your courage and get out there and fill out some applications. Once you get to working again, you will be able to save some money to get an apartment again. You are fortunate to have family to fall back on - be good to them! And good luck to you.

Speaking from personal experience, when you lose so much in your life it can take time to be the happy person you used to be...You definitely have to keep yourself motivated...I am just about to start voluntary work as I think it will help my confidence and self esteem...You may not be ready to take a step like this yet...The only thing you can do is keep yourself connected to the outside world and trust that an opportunity will arise that will allow you to reach a happy place...All I know is that we learn so much from the mistakes we make in life, maybe you could learn a lot so the next time the pressure and stress takes hold you may be able to deal with it more positively in future....To a Happy Future x

Just...grit your teeth, try to get back on the horse whilst still giving yourself space to heal and grow. Just keep trying to move forward and eventually you'll be on the rise again. See, you have nowhere to really go but up so...whatever you do, just do something that isn't self destructive.
