E-mail me if u need to talk.
Take Care

Sounds like you might have bipolar disorder - speak to your doctor and discuss it with them. You can then have a proper assessment to see what is wrong with you and what's the best way to treat you and get better.

You may have clinical depression which needs medical treatment. Perhaps talk to a teacher, a councilor or the school nurse. You can't get help if you don't talk to someone. It's hard to talk to your parents at 14 but this is not something someone your age can solve. It is a real issue and you need to talk to someone that can take the step to get you evaluated by a doctor. This is likely caused by chemical/hormonal imbalance.

I don't think you have bipolar disorder...

I think you are 14 and most likely have alot on your plate. You might benefit from talking to a professional, but assuming that is not something you were interestested in, try to remind your self that you are not the only one feeling depressed and that it will pass.

I went through the exact same thing when I was your age. Sometimes I still feel like crying for no reason, it is just how your body deals with an overload of stimulation: School, family and friends.

Hang in there and don't be afraid to tell your parents that you need a break from something. They won't be able to help if you don't tell them what is going on with you.

That sounds similar to bi polar disorder.

It sounds like bipolar disorder. It's a disease that makes your mood fluctuate. It gives you extreme highs then it goes to extreme lows. One minute your care free and the next your miserable. Depression often co insides with it for your extreme lows. Do you see a psychiatrist? Talk with him/her or arrange to see one so you can be on the proper medication. Don't worry, millions suffer from the same disease so your not alone. Cheer up, with the right meds you will be fine. Your not alone! Good luck!

Either depression, a type of bipolar, or OCD. Your friends can't help you here. You need to speak with an adult.

as much as i would want to say u dont need to talk to your rents, u actually do have to. it could possibly be bipolar. my friend is 13 and has bipolar/depression pills. so talk to a trusted adult.

Bi-Polar

Talk to your parents about it.
