You are probably ok, but should probably get checked just in case. It's very unlikely that you picked up something from going down, if you have no cuts or sores on your mouth. unprotected intercourse is more of a problem, but men are less likely to pick up something from vaginal intercourse than women are, and it's also less likely to transmit disease than anal intercourse, where there's more likely to be small tears in the skin. (you probably didn't want to hear that, but i figured it's better to be plain-spoken).
I think for a lot of STI's they don't check unless you have symptoms. Also, for a lot of them, there is only a real danger of transmission if the person has symptoms - which it sounds like she did not. for HIV, i think you have to wait 3 or 6 months before you can get tested. again - very unlikely! but do get checked. meds are very good nowadays and some people are even 'cured' from HIV, so it's important to identify early. You can go to a doctor and just ask for a yearly physical ect, to check your overall health. I think that for an HIV blood test you have to wait 3-6 months before the test is accurate. You might want to talk to a therapist about the emotional part of this whole situation. Good Luck.
first off calm down. If it was in a legitimate brothel then you can have her checked again. They have to be checked regularly. Its a state law in Nevada if this is where it happened. And just one time does not mean you have a disease.. I would not rush to get checked until some time has passed. Because things do not always show up right away.
definatley get it checked not for your own piece of mind, but she could of been saying anything like that " i was recently checked " because she was having your money at the end of the night ! and your insecurity of been single for a year also may play a little role in the matter. don't be ashamed hun, just go as soon as you can NOW if possible to your GP/Health centre. Get checked, just in case, but I think most of the time it's difficult to catch any dieseases etc, in even the best circumstances. I reckon you'll be ok and the anxious waiting will be a lesson learned.
It's actually pretty hard to get HIV from going down on a woman. Herpes, warts, and other STDs are another story though. Don't stress, take a deep breath, no need for regrets, it's done and over with. Now you just have to deal with the reality of the situation. Wait 3 months and get an HIV test. If you have problems with your mouth like sores, pain, anything, see a doctor right away. You don't have to wait 3 months for that. Learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them, that's the most important thing.

just relax, go to a doctor get checked out. she may have said shes clean, but she could possibly have something that she didnt even know about. dont freak over it too much. just set up an appointment with your doctor, get checked out and find out for sure.
