EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique. Any information appreciated. Thanks!?!
Question: I love EFT. Learning it is one of the best things I have done for myself in years.
It's a form of self-acupuncture done by tapping on certain points on the body, while verbally addressing a specific problem. It's easy, painless, extremely effective, and most of the time it resolves the problem permanently. And it works whether you believe in it or not.
I found a local practitioner to help me refine how I do the technique; I'm seeing her in person for a while, but most practitioners are willing to work with you on the phone.
You don't *have* to see someone in order to learn it, though. You can learn from DVDs, or even the free manual on the web site below.
Before I get long-winded about it, it might be easier for you to read about it on the web site of the man who came up with it.
If you want to see it demonstrated, you can go to You Tube and search for EFT. Some of the videos are better than others. (Some of the videos are "yappy" and confusing.) I happen to like the ones from emofree and magnustapping
