What a good question!
I use music therapy a lot in my work with eating disorders and there are many songs that have meaning to those with anoreixa which to the general population mean little. To name a few:
Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars
This song is seen as a fight between the anorexic and her true self, the battle that ensues in her head, and in the end the separation of the two.
Deathstars - Cyanide
A client used this song to describe not eating like actually eating a poison that slowly kills you. Powerful stuff.
Mostly though, clients use the genre or style of song to express how they feel, or associate with it and its "inner meaning",
A large number of clients with ED's and/or self harm, have a shift towards heavy metal, goth metal and punk in my experience.
I guess all up, music for your ED or other behaviour is as unique as the person and their reasons for doing it. Either way, I have found music as powerful at connecting with young people as many other more traditional psychodynamic methods.

Song FOR anorexia?? No, you won't find any. I doubt any recording company is going to market a song like "Yay, stop eating and start cutting yourself! Woohoo, being anorexic is fun!!". Nope, ain't gonna happen.

"Paper Bag" by Fiona Apple; interpreted by many as being about anorexia
"She's Falling Apart" by Lisa Loeb; anorexia
"Creep" by Radiohead; mentions self harm - which could include anorexia - in its lyrics. The line is: "I don't care if it hurts, I wanna have control, I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul"
(P.S. - I really hope you're doing this for some sort of project or something, and not thinspiration, etc. If you are, I am truly very sorry for what you are going through.)
